Remember, all bookings are prepaid and require signing our waiver and NDA.
It is the responsibility of the brand to bring any and all ingredients needed for your product development. There is an extensive inventory of raw materials available in the lab that you are welcome to use but this must be discussed prior to your arrival to confirm availability of a specific ingredient. The lab is under no obligation to provide any ingredient other than filtered water unless discussed and agreed to prior to the reservation.
This lab is located on the second floor and is not accessible via wheelchair. All attendees must be able to walk an entire flight of stairs in order to access the facility.
